Biography

Jasmin Gill is the founding member and principal of J. Gill Law Group, P.C., a firm with a primary focus in labor and employment litigation and intellectual property litigation. Her proactive approach and intense personal investment in her clients’ needs set her apart from others engaged in this practice area.

Ms. Gill earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Gill held several legal positions, including working at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office in various units for several summers beginning with when she was still completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, and continuing to law school. Ms. Gill also took on private externships with companies such as BAMKO, a company that serves the world’s most prominent brands by designing, manufacturing, and distributing award-winning promotional products, branded merchandise, and packaging. While attending law school, Ms. Gill was also a Senior Editor for the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and served as a student advocate through Loyola Law School’s Center for Conflict Resolution, among the nation’s top mediation programs in the U.S., which provides pro bono mediation services to low-income clients.

Following law school, Ms. Gill joined a boutique litigation firm in Century City where she practiced a wide range of civil litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, including labor and employment, entertainment and media, and intellectual property law.  

From 2019 to 2023, Ms. Gill has been selected as a California Super Lawyer’s Rising Star and today, Ms. Gill is an active member of her legal community. She belongs to the Beverly Hills Bar Association and sits on the Board of Governors for the Barristers Section. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association - Public Interest Foundation and California Young Lawyers Association Executive Committee.
